Dr. Lynn Waidelich’s career started in education as a high school history teacher and coach. In this role, she identified her true passion was not limited to the classroom but extended to the development and encouragement of others. Ever since, the themes of leadership, community building, empowerment, and innovation have been interwoven throughout her career. Lynn has worked in education as a teacher, school administrator, adjunct professor, and qualitative researcher. In addition, Lynn started and managed a franchise of Fit4Mom, a fitness and wellness program for mothers and children.  She also co-founded and led a military spouse support organization called The Other Side of Service (OSS). Most significantly, Lynn is the mom of Matthew, Mary, and Daniel. Cristo Rey Richmond represents an ideal combination of mission-focused, faith-filled, and effective education, and Lynn is honored to serve this mission faithfully.  She serves currently as Principal & Chief Academic Officer (VP-Academics).
