Jane Johnson earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland and began her career as a CPA working in public accounting for KPMG.  Three years later, she joined Ryland Mortgage Company and spent ten years in the world of mortgage finance.  After spending several years at home raising three young children, Abby, Molly and Sam, she returned to her professional career serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at Saint Gertrude High School for 11 years.  Throughout these years, Jane and her husband have been actively involved in serving and promoting Catholic schools in the Richmond Diocese. Two years into “semi-retirement” managing the finance office at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Jane couldn’t resist the calling to come back to full-time work once again in support of the Cristo Rey mission.  She is continually amazed by the dedication and teamwork that brought the school to this point and was thrilled to be a part of the founding of Cristo Rey in Richmond!  Jane served first as Director of Finance & Administration/CFO and is currently the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Cristo Rey Richmond, leading our business office, HR, facility operations, and transportation teams.
