Director of Advancement

Cristo Rey Richmond High School in Richmond, VA, is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Advancement Director.  The full-time Advancement Director reports to the President and works as a member of the CRRHS executive leadership team. The position is responsible for developing relationships with donors and the surrounding community to support the financial needs of the school. Provide supervision of the enrollment team and communications/public relations programs of the school; activities that create a supportive climate for enrollment and fundraising. This is all in an effort to advance the mission, vision and values of Cristo Rey Richmond High School.

Director of Corporate Work Study

Cristo Rey of Richmond seeking a Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) Director who is passionate about improving education for traditionally undeserved students in the Richmond area. The Director oversees all work-study activities, including overall policy, job sourcing strategy, operations, administration, and budget. The Director demonstrates a strong skill-set to develop and manage a variety of projects from visioning to implementation. The Director is a member of the school’s Leadership Team, responsible for collaborating with the President, Principal, and Director of Advancement on all matters that pertain to both the High School and Corporate Work Study Program.
