Cristo Rey names second Principal & Chief Academic Officer
Dr. Lynn Waidelich, EdD, our Associate Principal has been promoted to the role of Principal & Chief Academic Officer, effective July 1, 2023, following a competitive, national search process. After looking across the country and interviewing 7 semi-finalists, our final choice was here all along!
Dr. Waidelich served as our founding Assistant Principal, joining us in the Spring of 2019, prior to our opening, and has served as Associate Principal and most recently, Interim Principal. Dr. Waidelich succeeds our Founding Principal & Chief Academic Officer, Mr. Corey Taylor, who announced his resignation from the role in January.
CONGRATULATIONS & BEST WISHES, Dr. Waidelich!
